Ambitious College is seeking a SEND Officer to coordinate the statutory transition and annual review process across campus settings. You will plan, facilitate, track, quality assure, follow up and report on annual and transition reviews for around 80 learners with potential for growth.
You will be the single point of contact for annual and transition reviews, working with college staff, parents, learners, visitors and local authorities.
