Ambitious about Autism is seeking a dedicated Follow-on Job Coach to support autistic graduates moving from our Supported Internship into paid employment. You will work with graduates at Amazon Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex in Falmer, near Brighton to develop job-search skills, confidence and independence.
You will partner with employers and stakeholders to identify opportunities, tailor coaching, and ensure successful transitions into sustainable employment.
