AMBITIOUS ABOUT AUTISM is seeking a resilient and values-led Assistant Headteacher of Inclusion, Safeguarding and DSL to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead safeguarding, inclusion and pupil welfare for autistic children with complex needs, providing visible leadership and responding calmly to challenging situations.
You will work with deputy and assistant DSLs and external partners, oversee Positive Behaviour Support, healthcare and least restrictive practice, and develop staff.
