Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests, itineraries and bookings from travel agents
  • Produce customised itinerary content and supporting documentation
  • Book guides, tickets and service providers
  • Source and book accommodation for clients
  • Lead, support and develop the sales and booking team

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a travel agent or tour operator environment
  • Previous experience in a similar Italy tour operator role, providing bespoke itineraries for high-level clients including transfers, tours and accommodation
  • Self-starter who works effectively without close supervision
  • Flexible with working hours — US-based clients may require contact outside standard UK hours
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the UK
