We are working with a well-established and growing travel business that operates across multiple international markets, delivering complex travel programmes for B2B clients. With a strong operational backbone and a genuine focus on continuous improvement, the business is investing in its systems, digital tools, and use of AI to better support its sales and operations teams as it continues to scale. They are now looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst to play a highly visible, cross-functional role — working closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to understand how the business currently operates, while helping to shape how new systems, automation, and AI tools support day-to-day activity.

The Role

  • Work across business, product, and technology teams to translate real user needs into practical digital solutions.
  • Lead discovery activity, define clear requirements, and support the development of systems, workflows, and AI-driven tools.
  • Lead workshops and user research to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Map processes and identify gaps between expected and actual ways of working.
  • Turn insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Capture expert knowledge and translate it into structured system logic and inputs.
  • Support the development of AI-driven tools, including defining how users interact with them.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
  • Assess system usage and recommend improvements to drive adoption.
