We are working with a well-established and growing travel business that operates across multiple international markets, delivering complex travel programmes for B2B clients. With a strong operational backbone and a genuine focus on continuous improvement, the business is investing in its systems, digital tools, and use of AI to better support its sales and operations teams as it continues to scale. They are now looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst to play a highly visible, cross-functional role — working closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to understand how the business currently operates, while helping to shape how new systems, automation, and AI tools support day-to-day activity. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across both business and technology, asking questions, and turning real-world problems into practical, scalable solutions.
In this role, you will work across business, product, and technology teams to translate real user needs into practical digital solutions:
- Align stakeholders across teams, balancing commercial and technical needs
- Support testing, ensuring solutions meet real user requirements
- Monitor adoption and performance, feeding back into continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or in a Product-focused role within commercial or customer-facing systems
- Experience working on digital products, automation, or AI-driven solutions
- Experience translating business needs into structured requirements and system logic
- Confident working across both business and technical teams
