Do you have experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager delivering business or data transformation? Are you comfortable stepping into complex environments and quickly getting control of multiple projects at once?

Are you confident running meetings with senior stakeholders and pushing conversations forward when needed? Do you take ownership of risks and issues early, rather than letting things drift? Have you managed external vendors or partners, challenging where needed and holding them to account?

If you enjoy coming into a business, bringing structure, and driving real change, this could be a strong fit.
Our Customer:
We’re working with an established international travel business that delivers complex travel programmes across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. They’re now going through a major data transformation. At the moment, like many operational businesses, their data sits across different systems, reporting isn’t always consistent, and there’s a big opportunity to improve how teams use data day-to-day.
This role sits right in the middle of that. They’re looking for a Senior Data Project Manager to take ownership of a number of key initiatives, bringing structure to the programme, aligning teams, and making sure what’s being delivered actually lands and gets used.
You’ll be working across the business — from operations through to senior leadership — as well as managing external partners who are helping deliver the work. It’s a hands-on role where you’re expected to take control, challenge where needed, and keep things moving.
This isn’t about ticking off project plans. It’s about making sure the business genuinely improves how it works. It would suit someone who enjoys stepping into complex environments, getting clarity quickly, and driving things forward without needing everything to be perfect from day one.
In return, you’ll have the opportunity to play a central role in a business-critical transformation, with real visibility and the chance to make a lasting impact.
