We are working with a well-established and growing travel business that operates across multiple international markets, delivering complex travel programmes for B2B clients. With a strong operational backbone and a focus on continuous improvement, the business is currently going through a period of transformation, introducing new systems and ways of working to support future growth.
They are now looking to bring in a Change Manager to play a key role in ensuring these changes are successfully adopted across the organisation. This is a highly visible position, working across multiple teams and locations, where you will be responsible for helping people adapt, embedding new processes, and ensuring the business sees real value from its transformation initiatives.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, people-focused environment and is confident navigating different stakeholders, challenges, and priorities. Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the delivery of change across key business initiatives, ensuring new systems and ways of working are effectively adopted and embedded. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive engagement, manage resistance and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Define and implement a consistent approach to change across initiatives
- Assess impact and develop tailored plans for different audiences
- Integrate change activity into project delivery and timelines
- Drive adoption through targeted engagement, communication and training
- Track progress using data, reporting on performance and risks
- Identify and address resistance, supporting managers where needed
- Build and support a network of internal change advocates
- Develop and deliver role-based training and ongoing capability support
- Lead clear, targeted communication across multiple channels
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure visible sponsorship and accountability
Experience Required:
- At least 4 years of experience delivering change initiatives
- Proven track record driving system adoption (e.g. CRM, ERP)
- Knowledge of recognised change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter)
- Experience designing and delivering training
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Data-led approach to tracking adoption and performance
- Confident managing challenging conversations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working across teams or regions
- Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
