Job Description:
- Use your expertise to design exceptional holidays across Africa and the Middle East and provide a personalised service that exceeds expectations.
- Develop and cost unique, tailor-made travel itineraries customised to individual client preferences.
- Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients, ensuring effective account conversion and retention via phone, email, and in-person.
- Stay informed on specialist products through research, data analysis, and information sharing within the team.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless post-booking organisation and team success.
- Collaborate with senior staff to review and enhance product offerings.
- Assist the Region Manager with daily operations and training of team members.
Experience Required:
- Must have 2 – 5 years of experience in the same or similar role, selling Africa or Middle East regions.
- Excellent knowledge of North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and the Indian Ocean Islands of Mauritius and the Seychelles.
- Strong knowledge of Egypt.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within set timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
