Do you have a genuine passion for customer lifetime value (LTV) and enjoy spending time deeply understanding a business — learning what attracts the right clients to book, what drives retention, repeat and referral, and using that insight to shape long-term, commercially sound growth rather than leading day-to-day marketing activity?
Are you commercially minded, comfortable working autonomously and confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product and Customer Experience to help shape priorities and direction for sustainable growth within a luxury brand? If so, this could be the right opportunity.
We’re thrilled to be working exclusively with this new partner following a referral. Our client is an award-winning luxury travel specialist designing fully bespoke, tailor-made journeys worldwide. Renowned for their personal approach and exceptional destination knowledge, they create meaningful travel experiences that connect clients with people, places and moments that leave a lasting impression. They are performing strongly and growing steadily. The focus now is on ensuring the business continues to attract the right clients and remains ahead of the curve through thoughtful, long-term growth decisions.
They are seeking a commercially minded Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the team in a long-term, embedded role. Over the next three to four years, this person will work closely with the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders to build a deep understanding of the business, its clients and what truly drives lifetime value — from what attracts clients to book, through to what supports retention, repeat business and referral.
Key responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of client behaviour, booking patterns and long-term value across the business
- Identifying and shaping growth initiatives that improve acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value
- Helping define what attracts, converts, retains and drives repeat and referral for the brand
- Providing clear performance insight, commercial analysis and forecasts to senior leadership
- Supporting segmentation and positioning decisions in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Guiding the evolution of paid media and wider acquisition strategy (without hands-on execution)
- Aligning brand, content and digital experience with growth priorities across the customer journey
- Partnering with internal and group digital teams to optimise priority initiatives and projects
- Championing commercially driven, long-term thinking across the organisation
Experience Required
- Experience in the same role - growth-focused, commercially minded, where you have helped a business understand what drives long-term value, not just short-term acquisition and where you can show a clear pattern of success
- Strong commercial mindset, with practical experience using metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to guide decision-making and prioritisation
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product and Customer Experience to influence direction and focus
- Confident operating autonomously in a senior individual-contributor role, taking ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Naturally analytical and curious, with the confidence to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions using insight and data
- Able to balance data-led thinking with brand integrity and long-term value, particularly within a premium or luxury environment
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive basic salary
- Performance-related annual bonus
- 100% remote with flexible work-from-anywhere arrangements
- 28 days’ annual leave plus public holidays (25 days in year one)
- Private medical cover
- Enhanced parental leave
- Supportive, inclusive and high-performance company culture
