Job Description
- Communicate with agents, clients, and suppliers (UK and overseas) to confirm, update, and amend holiday bookings.
- Manage all booking elements, ensuring seamless coordination and timely updates.
- Process and verify service bookings using various web‑based systems.
- Handle inbound enquiries from travel agents and clients, providing expert assistance.
- Use the Amadeus GDS system to manage bookings and amendments.
- Issue travel documents and airline tickets (BSP ticketing), including CAT35 fares, Inclusive Tour Fares, and published airfares.
- Manage ticket re‑issues and adjustments due to itinerary changes.
Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Preferably skilled in Amadeus / GDS.
