Job Description:
- Lead the creative function, shaping and delivering compelling visual and brand communications across all channels while ensuring high standards, consistency and commercial impact.
- Set the visual direction for brand communications.
- Oversee creation of print, digital and campaign assets.
- Lead and develop the design team.
- Allocate work and manage studio priorities.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Use insights to refine and strengthen creative output.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading and developing creative teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in brand development and visual design across multiple channels.
- Demonstrable portfolio showing campaign thinking and high-quality execution.
- Confident translating briefs into cohesive, multi-platform creative solutions.
- Able to combine strategic oversight with hands‑on design delivery.
- Skilled in prioritising workloads and guiding teams to meet deadlines.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on audience engagement and brand experience.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and motion/video tools.
- Experienced in producing polished presentations using PowerPoint or similar.
- Adaptable, resilient and comfortable managing shifting priorities.
- Collaborative, supportive and able to build positive working relationships.
