Job Description:
In this role, you will: support the growth of travel agent partnerships across the UK, Ireland, and Europe by building strong trade relationships, driving sales activity, and delivering engaging training and support within the luxury river cruise market.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with new and existing travel trade partners
- Drive sales through proactive outbound calls, lead nurturing, and inside sales activity
- Support agents in converting enquiries into bookings using strong product knowledge
- Deliver virtual training sessions and host engaging trade webinars
- Provide timely, solutions-focused support to agents via phone and email
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and sales reporting
