Have experience leading change across a business, particularly when rolling out new systems or ways of working? Are you confident working with different teams and stakeholders, helping people understand what’s changing and why? Have you delivered training or supported teams through adopting new processes, ensuring they feel comfortable and capable in their roles? Can you spot when change isn’t landing as expected and step in early to address resistance or gaps in understanding? Are you comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and managers, even when you don’t have direct authority? Do you take a practical, hands‑on approach to change—focusing on what people need to do differently day‑to‑day rather than just the theory? If you enjoy working closely with people across a business to make change stick and deliver real results, this could be a great fit.
