They are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead their London-based sales team. Job Description:

In this role, you will lead and support a team of 10–12 sales consultants, delivering coaching, monitoring quality, and driving performance while providing valuable insight to shape commercial strategy.

  • Manage a team of 10–12 consultants to meet sales and service targets
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
  • Monitor calls to ensure quality standards are met
  • Keep accurate records of coaching and quality assessments
  • Motivate the team and promote a positive culture
  • Coordinate with managers to optimise team schedules
  • Gather frontline insights to understand customer trends
  • Share findings to support strategic planning
  • Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Lead or support business projects as needed
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing sales or service teams
  • Background in travel industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to support team development
  • Able to drive performance and deliver results under pressure
  • Organised and efficient, able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator across teams, stakeholders, and international markets
