Job Description:

  • In this role, you’ll work within the sales team designing, developing and delivering onboarding, skills, destination and product training.
  • You’ll follow the full training cycle including the coordination and evaluation of the training, all with the objective of strengthening team knowledge and performance.
  • Support the design and delivery of sales and product training sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
  • Help prepare training materials and manage schedules and records.
  • Coordinate familiarisation trips and liaise with external partners.
  • Build your own product knowledge to eventually lead training.
  • Stay updated on travel trends and product developments.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in sales, coaching, mentoring or training, within travel.
  • Good knowledge of southern-hemisphere travel destinations i.e. Africa/Australasia.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach and team-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Strong eye for detail.
