Job Description:
- In this role, you’ll work within the sales team designing, developing and delivering onboarding, skills, destination and product training.
- You’ll follow the full training cycle including the coordination and evaluation of the training, all with the objective of strengthening team knowledge and performance.
- Support the design and delivery of sales and product training sessions.
- Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Help prepare training materials and manage schedules and records.
- Coordinate familiarisation trips and liaise with external partners.
- Build your own product knowledge to eventually lead training.
- Stay updated on travel trends and product developments.
Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, coaching, mentoring or training, within travel.
- Good knowledge of southern-hemisphere travel destinations i.e. Africa/Australasia.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach and team-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
- Strong eye for detail.
