Our customer, an award-winning travel company with offices across Europe, is expanding its team once again, and we are recruiting exclusively for this role. This industry leader has seen significant growth in both customer revenue and business acquisitions, with ambitious plans to further strengthen its position in the market.

With a strong reputation for excellence, our customer continues to innovate and drive success in its niche sector. They are now seeking a Field Sales Coach to support and develop their high-performing sales team.

In this role, you will:

  • Onboard, coach, and mentor the Business Development team, providing in-field training and performance assessments to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires, both remotely and in-field.
  • Coach team members through regional visits and provide instant feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training on prospecting, negotiation, and handling objections.
  • Ensure the team understands the company’s value, market trends, and competition.
  • Train the team on CRM systems, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Evaluate team performance using KPIs and give constructive feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjust training methods as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Work with Sales Directors to ensure training aligns with business goals.
  • Track training success and suggest improvements to operations.

Experience Required:

  • MUST have at least 3 years of experience in field sales or a leadership role within sales.
  • In-depth understanding of targeted sales techniques, field sales tactics, and handling objections effectively.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead a high-achieving sales team.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering engaging, customised training materials.
  • Strong experience in monitoring KPIs and assessing sales performance metrics.
  • Agile in adapting training to suit diverse team needs and challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
