Job Description:
- Lead and support a team of 10–12 sales consultants, delivering coaching, monitoring quality, and driving performance while providing valuable insight to shape commercial strategy.
- Manage a team of 10–12 consultants to meet sales and service targets.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Monitor calls to ensure quality standards are met.
- Keep accurate records of coaching and quality assessments.
- Motivate the team and promote a positive culture.
- Coordinate with managers to optimise team schedules.
- Gather frontline insights to understand customer trends.

Experience Required:
