Specialising in off-market experiences for UHNW individuals – think glacier-side pop-up camps, private jets to nowhere, world-first submarine dives, and week-long parties in secret estates – this small and agile team is behind some of the most awe-inspiring journeys on the planet.

This role is for someone who is methodical, highly organised, and excited to be part of the creative and operational engine room behind these experiences – from helicopters to Lamborghinis, Antarctic field camps to tropical island takeovers.

Job Description: This is an immersive role that would suit someone with a product-focused mindset who enjoys variety, ownership, and the opportunity to get involved in every layer of a fast-moving, ultra-luxury travel operation. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping, documenting, and presenting extraordinary travel experiences – from remote destinations to bespoke events.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative travel concepts, spanning private aviation, high-performance vehicles, unique accommodations, and immersive local experiences.
  • Build and maintain an organised database of supplier information, working closely with ground teams, local experts, and destination partners.
  • Collect and document insights and feedback from hosts and on-the-ground contacts, ensuring this intelligence feeds back into internal systems (CRM).
  • Produce compelling written product summaries, specifications, and briefs for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with the visual content team to gather and file high-quality images and media assets using internal tools and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between product, projects, and marketing teams to ensure accurate product representation across touchpoints.
  • Keep internal files and systems up to date with the latest product rates, contacts, and availability.
  • Represent the company at partner meetings and events, collating and storing all relevant materials for future reference.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the luxury travel sector, preferably in a product or commercial role.
  • Highly methodical, process-led, and confident working with multiple systems and information sources.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft product content that is both informative and engaging.
  • Familiarity with supplier contracts, rate structures, and the commercial mechanisms of the travel industry.
  • A genuine interest in one-of-a-kind travel experiences and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with high-end suppliers and maintaining professional communications across departments.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and content management systems, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • A collaborative approach with the flexibility to adapt in a high-performance, boutique environment.
