Private Travel Concierge job in London within the ultra-high net worth travel industry, offering up to £40,000 with an OTE of £53,000. This is an ambassador type role where you’re not only the first point of contact with the business, but where you’re also the key relationship holder. Receiving and qualifying email and telephone enquiries, you will guide the client providing help and advice while you get to know their needs and work with a team to create a seamless adventure which exceeds expectation.

This Private Travel Concierge role is working for one of the most renowned names in ultra-high-net-worth travel. It does not come with sales targets, however you are well rewarded alongside your team members with quarterly and annual bonuses and the opportunity to travel on a regular basis (as often as you wish) to host the most amazing experiences.

Do you?

  • Thrive in a client-facing role where you’re the first voice a UHNW client hears — setting the tone for an experience that needs to feel intelligent, warm and world-class from the very first conversation?
  • Enjoy building genuine rapport with high-expectation clients, listening carefully to understand what they’re really looking for before guiding them towards something truly extraordinary?
  • Bring the drive and commercial instinct to convert interest into bookings, while maintaining the discretion, professionalism and attention to detail that UHNW clients expect as standard?

Our Customer

We’re thrilled to be recruiting for one of the most iconic names in ultra-high-net-worth travel — a business that has been consistently recognised as the very best in the sector and whose reputation genuinely precedes it. This is not mainstream luxury. Think glacier-side camps reached by private helicopter, once-in-a-generation expedition voyages, world-first experiences that most people don’t even know are possible. Their UHNW clients don’t just book trips — they commission them, and the level of craft and creativity behind every journey is unlike anything else in the market.

The Role

  • Handle all inbound new client enquiries with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the product.
  • Offer intelligent early-stage inspiration and direction that reflects the creativity and ambition of what this business delivers.
  • Qualify and transition enquiries to the specialist Projects Team, ensuring a seamless and well-prepared handover.
  • Stay closely informed on the full product range through regular communication with internal teams.
  • Feed insights from client conversations back to Marketing to inform outreach and content direction.
  • Help develop and refine the team’s approach to enquiry handling and lead management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM at all times.
  • Ensure every new enquiry receives a timely, considered and on-brand response.

Experience Required

  • At least two years in a client-facing position within a luxury travel business — this is essential.
  • A genuine understanding of the luxury travel landscape and what UHNW clients expect from the businesses they choose.
  • An assured, natural communicator — as comfortable on the phone as you are in writing, and instinctively warm in both.
  • Structured and self-disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple live enquiries without letting quality slip.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms for day-to-day pipeline and data management — Salesforce or HubSpot experience.
  • Trustworthy, discreet and self-motivated — someone who takes ownership without needing to be managed.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working — 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home.
  • Up to £40,000 DOE.
  • OTE £53,000 — quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
  • Unique travel opportunities.
  • 23 days leave growing by a day each year.
