Operations Executive job in London within the luxury travel sector, offering up to Β£36,050. This is a post-booking administration role covering client documentation, CRM management and supplier coordination for a growing operations team.

Our client is a luxury travel specialist recognised for its pioneering approach to responsible, bespoke travel, with journeys designed by experienced specialists who bring genuine, first-hand destination expertise. They are now seeking an Operations Executive to join a growing Operations team, working closely with the Head of Operations to manage post-booking administration and ensure every client receives a smooth, well-organised journey from confirmation through to travel.

In this role, you will manage the full post-booking journey β€” from client documentation and CRM updates to supplier coordination and customer support β€” helping to ensure every booking runs smoothly:

  • Liaise with clients by phone and email on visas, flights, luggage, health protocols, dietary needs and special requests
  • Collect and verify client documentation, including booking forms, passports, flight tickets and travel insurance
  • Prepare confirmation itineraries and final travel documents using CRM tools and Word templates
  • Maintain and update client records across CRM and internal systems
  • Stay up to date with travel advice, visa requirements and destination information

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English, grammar and attention to detail
  • Professional, confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience is an advantage
  • Travel experience within Africa is advantageous but not essential

100% Remote:

  • Discretionary annual bonus, paid as a percentage of salary

Previous travel operations / travel administration experience is essential.
