As a Human Resources Executive, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for a range of Human Resources functions, with a strong focus on enhancing company culture and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role that requires a confident, outgoing, and proactive individual who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
- Drive a positive workplace culture, ensuring an inclusive and engaging environment for all employees
- Organise team-building activities such as lunchtime walks, birthday celebrations, and recognition initiatives
- Take ownership of HR processes, including drafting and managing contracts of employment
- Support the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to assisting with interviews and onboarding
- Act as the go-to person for employee relations, handling queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Assist in performance management, ensuring employees receive feedback and have growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best HR practices
- Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business goals
Experience Required:
- 3 years of HR experience in a mid-level role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be outgoing and confident
- A proactive, “get-up-and-go” attitude with a passion for improving workplace culture
- Experience in employee engagement and team-building initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
