This is a hands-on creative leadership role directing brand, design and video output for an ultra-luxury travel brand, while leading and developing a wider creative team.

They are now seeking a Creative Manager / Creative Lead to take ownership of the creative function — shaping and delivering brand and visual communications across all channels, and leading a small team to produce genuinely pioneering creative work.
The Role
- Lead the creative function for a growing, ultra-luxury travel brand, setting the visual direction across all channels while managing and developing a wider creative team.
- Set the visual direction for all marketing communications.
- Oversee creation of digital, video and print campaign assets.
- Lead, allocate work for and develop the creative team.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement and consistent brand standards.
- Manage one of the largest owned media libraries in the travel sector.
- Take a hands-on role in the creation of design assets.

Experience Required
- Proven experience leading and developing a creative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Experience directing video production and creative video edits.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders, with clear, persuasive communication skills.
- Experience managing a large library of owned media.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and motion/video tools.
- A recent history of implementing AI tools within a creative workflow and team.
