Our client is a boutique luxury travel specialist, organising bespoke heli-ski trips for private and VIP guests worldwide. Known for meticulous attention to detail and close, personal relationships with their guests, they deliver a seamless experience from first enquiry through to the final itinerary. They are now seeking a Senior Operations & Sales Executive to take ownership of guest bookings and trip logistics, before developing into trip sales and marketing as your product knowledge grows.

The Role

  • Organise all logistics for heli-ski trips, including flights, hotels and transfers
  • Manage timely client invoicing, payment processing and receipting
  • Build and maintain relationships with ski resorts and hotel groups
  • Prepare and send out detailed trip itineraries
  • Respond to sales enquiries and support new business development
  • Maintain and develop relationships with guests
  • Manage social media channels

Experience Required

  • Proven track record of being highly organised and detail-focused
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Experience working in luxury travel
  • Confident interacting effectively with demanding, VIP clients
  • Some experience or understanding of skiing (you don’t need to be an expert)
  • Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
  • Happy to be office-based for the core season, with hybrid flexibility in summer
