They are now seeking a HR / People Advisor to join their UK People team — playing a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, supporting a wide range of people-related matters and helping the organisation build a culture that reflects its values.
In this role, you will act as the day-to-day point of contact for managers and employees across three London offices, advising on people matters, keeping systems and processes running smoothly, and supporting a wide range of HR initiatives.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee relations queries — probation, performance, conduct and family leave
- Manage absence and long-term sickness cases with a consistent and compliant approach
- Interpret employment legislation and support the development of policies, procedures and contracts
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and support performance and engagement cycles
- Support benefits administration including private medical insurance and salary sacrifice schemes
- Facilitate DEI surveys and help develop targeted engagement action plans
- Contribute to People strategy, L&D rollout and broader organisational effectiveness initiatives
Proven experience in an HR generalist or People Advisor role:
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations matters — balancing risk, fairness and commercial priorities
- Hybrid working — 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home
