In this role, you will focus on managing the ticketing and after-sales process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of travel documents, liaising with agents, clients, and suppliers to confirm bookings, process amendments, and provide expert support for seamless travel arrangements.
- Communicate with agents, clients, and suppliers (UK and overseas) to confirm, update, and amend holiday bookings
- Manage all booking elements, ensuring seamless coordination and timely updates
- Process and verify service bookings using various web-based systems
- Handle inbound enquiries from travel agents and clients, providing expert assistance
- Use the Amadeus GDS system to manage bookings and amendments
- Issue travel documents and airline tickets (BSP ticketing), including CAT35 fares, Inclusive Tour Fares, and published airfares
- Manage ticket re-issues and adjustments due to itinerary changes
- Oversee documentation packaging and postal requirements
Experience Required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good geographical knowledge
- Preferably skilled in Amadeus / GDS
