Due to continued growth and success, they are expanding their operations team and are now seeking an Operations Executive to join their talented, friendly, and passionate group of travel professionals.

Job Description:

As an Operations Executive, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of tailor-made travel arrangements by managing all post-booking administration, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from confirmation to return.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and travel requirements
  • Verify and manage essential travel documents, ensuring every detail is accurate
  • Allocate new enquiries fairly among the sales team and provide administrative support
  • Prepare and issue final itineraries and travel documents to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain and update client records within CRM and booking systems
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm services, resolve discrepancies, and process invoices
  • Coordinate concierge bookings such as restaurants, tours, and transfers
  • Monitor payments, supplier confirmations, and booking changes
  • Stay current with travel regulations, visa information, and destination updates
  • Prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations

Experience Required:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a travel operations or client service role
  • Excellent written English, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience advantageous
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage own workload
  • Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Knowledge or experience of African travel beneficial but not essential
