About the Customer
My customer is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their award-winning, hugely successful, and very well-established holiday property lettings business.
Over the last few years, this business has grown both in customer revenue and business acquisition and has even greater plans to dominate the niche sector in which they operate.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is a natural communicator, who can engage at all age levels and who has the ability to inform and influence, thus closing sales and partnerships.
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying anything from single property owners to corporates with properties that can be let and fully managed for their self-catering and holiday customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively network within your area to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct calls and in-person meetings to introduce the business and close the deal
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication
