We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Support Worker to join their Accommodation & Support team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people and young parents in building independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing within a supported housing environment.

The Role

  • You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, providing both emotional and practical support.
  • You’ll help deliver tailored support plans, encourage engagement in positive activities, and respond calmly to any challenging or out-of-hours situations.
