Wisbech | 12 Hour Shifts – Days & Nights
We’re recruiting for Machine Operators / Production / Packing Operatives to join an established manufacturing business based in Wisbech.
Working within a busy production environment, you’ll be involved in packing finished products, checking quality, preparing products for despatch and supporting the wider production process.
Attention to detail is really important – you’ll be checking products carefully, spotting any defects or inconsistencies and making sure everything leaving the production area meets the required standards.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, practical and happy working in a fast-paced environment. Previous production, packing, manufacturing, print, food or warehouse experience would be useful, although the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
You’ll need to be comfortable following processes, completing basic paperwork and working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
The role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern covering both days and nights, so you must be able to work the full rotating shift pattern.
