As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of stock, orders, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and develop the small warehouse team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and managed within the inventory system.
- Maintain health and safety compliance throughout the warehouse.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Manage KPI tracking and reporting, including stock accuracy, order turnaround times, and staff performance.
- Oversee stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Work closely with senior management to plan and support growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
