Warehouse Manager required for family ran business based in Newark, and guess what its Monday – Friday, no shift work! As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of stock, orders, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, manage, and develop the small warehouse team to ensure high performance and engagement. * Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock. * Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and managed within the inventory system. * Maintain health and safety compliance throughout the warehouse. * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. * Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. * Manage KPI tracking and reporting, including stock accuracy, order turnaround times, and staff performance. * Oversee stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity. * Work closely with senior management to plan and support growth initiatives. You will have: * Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organisational and planning skills. * Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. * Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments. * Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
