Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire

Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF – unbeatable work/life balance

Hours: Day shifts | 7:00am – 6:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.64 per hour

Own transport required due to location

Looking for a hands-on role with great hours and full training? We’re recruiting multiple Vegetable Packers to join a modern, busy fresh produce pack house. If you enjoy practical work, staying active, and being part of a supportive team — this could be the perfect opportunity for you. No experience? No problem. Full training is provided, so all you need is a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Packing fresh vegetables on production lines
  • Grading and quality-checking produce
  • Inspecting products to meet customer standards
  • Box making, labelling, re-labelling, and packing finished goods
  • Moving stock safely around the factory
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Great attention to detail
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work towards daily production targets
  • Commitment to health & safety standards
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential
