We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established recycling and waste management company looking for a Telehandler Operator to join their team in Grantham.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm 42.5 hours per week.

You’ll be responsible for moving and loading electronic waste and refrigeration units, playing a key role in the recycling process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate a telehandler to lift, move, and load materials (e.g. fridges, TVs, electronics)
  • Ensure materials are sorted into the correct recycling streams
  • Help maintain steady material flow in the facility
  • Carry out basic checks and report any issues
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Work with the team to hit daily targets

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid telehandler licence (essential)
  • Experience in waste, recycling, or industrial environments (preferred)
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious
  • Team player with good communication skills
