We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Mansfield, specialising in office-based permanent recruitment. We’re keen to find the right person and are open to discussing flexible working to best suit your work/life balance – so whether you’re looking for full time or part-time – no problem!
This is a 360 role, so you’ll need a strong commercial awareness and confidence to approach decision-makers to convince them you’re the only recruitment partner they need.
We have lots of clever tech to aid you in your journey; you’ll be no stranger to Microsoft Word and Excel as well as being comfortable working with databases. Working within an experienced team you will be surrounded by friendly and supportive faces that are happy to help you on your journey. Our commission structure here is team based, meaning that everyone truly pulls together to work towards a common goal!
