Ambitions Personnel in Newark on Trent is recruiting an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the on-site finance function, lead a small team and shape financial strategy during a major ERP implementation expected to go live this October.

Reporting to the part-time Finance Director, you will manage two Finance Assistants and an Assistant Accountant, ensure timely management accounts, cashflow, and robust controls while driving process improvements and commercial insight across.
