E-Commerce Sales Administrator
We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Administrator work for our client based in Shireoaks
Hours: 8.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday – 30 mins for lunch – 35 hours a week
Salary: £26000- £32000 (dependent on experience)
This is a permanent position.
Working with a fast-paced team and helping them deliver an exceptional online experience. In this role, you will be a key player in our day-to-day operations, from managing online orders to ensuring customers are happy.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil orders flawlessly: You\’ll be the go-to person for our dispatch team, preparing their daily workflow and making sure every order gets out the door by their daily deadline.
- Be a customer champion: You will be the primary contact for their B2B and B2C customers. Whether it’s a quick question or a complex issue, you’ll resolve inquiries via email and phone with a friendly and professional approach.
- Support our sales channels: Take on a hands-on role in managing and maintaining our Amazon and eBay stores, including coordinating stock shipments directly to Amazon.
- Maintain our data and website: Keep the sales order database and spreadsheets up to date with precision. You\’ll also manage website content and edit product images to ensure the site is always accurate and engaging.
- Oversee returns: You will be responsible for processing and quality-checking all returned stock, ensuring a smooth process for the customers and inventory.
- Provide operational support: Jump in to help customers place orders over the phone and support other teams during peak seasons.
Candidate Requirements
- Highly computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online applications is essential.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Familiarity with online shopping platforms and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and apply dynamic product pricing strategies.
- Adept at identifying opportunities to increase sales on existing products.
- Organisational & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills.
