Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is currently recruiting for FLT drivers/Counterbalance drivers. Candidates MUST have transport due to the location of the role. This is commutable from Retford, Worksop, Tuxford & other surrounding areas.
The Role
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance)
- Supporting warehouse operations
- Working as part of a growing, collaborative team

Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating days and nights schedule: 6:00am – 6:00pm, 6:00pm – 6:00am. You will work only 8 night shifts per month, with the remainder of your rota made up of day shifts and days off — offering excellent work-life balance within a full-time role.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.47 per hour (first 42 hours per week)
- £20.21 per hour overtime (after 42 hours per week)
- Stable, ongoing employment
