We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pub Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy and welcoming pub. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the pub, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the bar and floor team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards throughout
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and performance
  • Monitor stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
  • Drive sales, increase profitability, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pub, bar, or hospitality management is essential
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work daytime shifts, weekends, and long evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Personal licence holder preferred but not essential
