We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Plant Operative to join our client’s team, supporting the production and dispatch of products to customers across the UK, ROI, and Europe. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading tankers and flatbeds, filling drums and IBCs, and keeping equipment and the site clean and well-maintained. You’ll monitor stock levels, complete basic records, and follow all health, safety, and quality procedures, while also helping with other tasks across the site when needed.
We’re looking for someone with a full UK driving licence and a valid counterbalance FLT licence. Experience working with plant machinery would be an advantage. You should be hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are important.
Enjoy 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday. Your hard work will be recognised with company events, access to discounted or free meals, an employee stock purchase plan, life insurance, private medical coverage, and free on-site parking.
The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with overtime available during busy periods. This site is not accessible via public transport, so you should have your own transport to get to work. This role would suit someone who has worked as a manufacturing operative, labourer, production operator, yard operative, FLT driver, or Counterbalance Driver.
