Ready for a role that offers stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to build a long‑term career within a successful and growing business?

Working as part of the planning team, you'll report directly to the Planning Manager and work closely alongside the Production Planner and Raw Material Planner.

You'll play an important role in keeping customer orders, stock and production requirements running smoothly, while helping to maintain an excellent level of service for one of the business's key accounts.

A key part of the role will be managing customer orders on a daily basis and working closely with third‑party storage providers to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time.

You'll monitor stock levels across multiple sites, keep track of orders and forecasts, and make sure any potential issues are identified and dealt with before they become a problem.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within planning, supply chain, customer service or manufacturing.

You'll gain exposure to customer demand, stock management, production planning and the wider supply chain, while working alongside an experienced planning team.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially aware, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You'll need to be confident working with spreadsheets and data, comfortable communicating with different departments, and able to take ownership when something needs to be followed up.

Previous experience in planning, customer service, supply chain, FMCG or a manufacturing environment would be beneficial, although we're also keen to hear from candidates with the right transferable skills and attitude.

Due to the location of the site in North Scarle, Lincoln, you'll need to have your own transport to get to and from work.

If you're looking for a permanent Monday to Friday role where you can develop your skills, take on genuine responsibility and become an important part of a successful planning team, we'd love to hear from you.
