We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join a supportive and modern team where your expertise will be valued, your workload will be supported and your long-term career development genuinely matters. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters including:
- Commercial property disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Housing disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Contentious probate matters
- Will disputes and inheritance claims
- Trust disputes
- Court of Protection matters
- Proprietary estoppel claims
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years PQE within Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Possess strong technical and client management skills
- Be confident managing their own caseload independently
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be commercially aware with a professional approach
- Have strong attention to detail and IT proficiency
