We're looking for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing team, supporting the production process and ensuring products are packed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix raw materials in line with production recipes.
- Operate packaging machinery and pack finished products.
- Follow production plans and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Support factory clean-downs and housekeeping.
- Assist with other production duties as required.
Essential
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
