About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a temp to perm position in Peterborough. This role is offered through an agency and is ideal for candidates seeking long‑term, stable work in a busy warehouse or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock within the warehouse or production area
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required

Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance FLT
- Ability to work 2 x morning shifts followed by 2 x night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
