Ambitions Personnel is working with a respected legal practice in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of legal matters relevant to your area of specialism, ensuring work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Provide clear, practical and professional legal advice to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, colleagues and other relevant parties throughout the legal process.
- Prepare, review and manage legal documentation, correspondence and case files.
- Conduct legal research and ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, regulations and professional standards.
- Monitor case progress, manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client files are kept up to date.
- Deliver excellent client care, handling enquiries professionally and sensitively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective running of the department.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant compliance, risk management and data protection requirements.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Chartered Legal Executive qualification and relevant professional experience.
- Experience managing your own caseload and working independently.
- A strong understanding of relevant legal procedures, legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A professional and client-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate legal documentation.
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
