We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join a fast-growing, globally focused business. This is a unique opportunity to take on a varied role where no two days are the same! You’ll play a key part in supporting hotel operations, managing client requests, rate loading, and cross-department collaboration, helping to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

You’ll work with multiple systems, handle customer support queries, and play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly across all areas of the business. There’s real opportunity to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive and entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Customer Support (40%): Handle hotel enquiries professionally via ticketing systems. Typical queries may relate to user access, room/rate visibility, travel agent information, or other operational requests.
  • Rate Loading & Corporate Agreements (60%): Ensure rates are accurately loaded and corporate RFP agreements managed with attention to detail. Use spreadsheets to manipulate data for import into the central systems.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless operations and problem-solving.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with hotel clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve any operational challenges or customer complaints efficiently.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, support reporting requirements, and ensure operational transparency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP experience beneficial) and Word.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to multiple systems (full training provided).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset.
  • Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
