We're looking for a Part-Time Onsite Account Coordinator to join our team in Annesley Woodhouse. Working 17.5 hours per week (worked between 11.00am – 3.00pm) Monday to Friday.
This is a busy and rewarding role where you'll be the key link between our client, workforce, and recruitment team, helping ensure daily staffing requirements are met and operations run smoothly. No two days are exactly the same. One minute you'll be organising workers to fulfil client requirements, the next you'll be processing payroll, producing reports, meeting with the client, or supporting employee attendance and performance.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable working with data and administration. Strong organisational skills, a confident approach, and good attention to detail are all important.
You'll need to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and have previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, recruitment, payroll, or a similar office-based role.
