Customer Service Advisor – Part Time

Oakham | Permanent | 16–22.5 Hours per Week | 1 Day WFH After Probation

We're looking for2 Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly and supportive team in Oakham.

Working between 16 and 22.5 hours per week, across 2 & 3 days, between09:00–17:00, with one of your working days being a Friday.

Once you're fully trained and have successfully completed your probation, you'll also have the opportunity to work from home1 day per week.

You'll be helping customers across phone, email and live chat, making sure they receive a friendly, professional and efficient service.

• Handling customer enquiries, renewals and policy changes
• Taking inbound and making outbound calls
• Responding to emails and live chats
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
• Managing a varied workload across calls and administration
• Following company processes and FCA guidelines
• Working towards service, quality and accuracy targets

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in customer service
• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Confident communicating over the phone, email and online
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
• Calm and professional when things get busy
• Adaptable and open to learning
• A positive team player who can also work independently
