We are now looking for a dedicated Post Operative to join our vibrant Dispatch team, playing a key role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Consistently achieving and exceeding targets set by the Packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager
- Working collaboratively within a friendly, supportive team environment
- Thriving under pressure and meeting tight daily deadlines
- Taking initiative and working independently to resolve challenges
- Handling incoming mail — sorting, distributing, and preparing letters and parcels for dispatch
- Using bespoke in-house systems alongside Royal Mail platforms to manage delivery notes and postage

Working Hours:
36.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Two 15-minute unpaid breaks per day
