Maintenance Operative
Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm (1 Saturday per month)
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join a well-established and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied, hands-on role working across multiple sites and sectors.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. This is a mobile role, so flexibility and a proactive approach are key.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repair work across various sites
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring tasks
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Confident in plumbing, electrical, flooring, and general maintenance duties
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
